Creation

I really like the Chinese style of their brush strokes, I enjoy painting abstracts, I never know what I will come up with until the creation begains to take shape, then I have my design to go wherever I desire to take it. I incorporated some of the Chinese style brush strokes into this painting.  This painting now hangs in Michaels and my bedroom.

TURQUOISE TREE

I had bought a used canvas at a thrift store, not noticing it was actually thread barren in a few spots, and on top of that I could not hammer that canvas out of the frame. So I put some left over kitchen paint over the canvas, having put masking tape over the frame and drove to a large business lot with my canvas, easel, and paint. I set up and painted the most interesting tree. The wind came up and I went home, thinking I would finish it later, but decided it is finished. I love it
